About Amy Lawrenson
Amy is an established journalist with 12 years experience working in digital and magazine publishing. An authority in beauty and health, she started her career online at elleuk.com progressing to Associate Health and Beauty Editor across both ELLE magazine and the website. In 2015 she took on the role of Beauty & Fitness Editor at Women’s Health magazine, during which time she completed the London marathon and finished a 500 day runstreak. Today, she is Editorial Director at Byrdie.co.uk, where she oversees the website and social channels. Nowadays you're more likely to find Amy relaxing with a glass of wine, whilst testing out the latest buzzy beauty product, than pounding the pavements.

Judith is responsible for Thalgo UK’s marketing activity and has been with the company for over seven years. Her background is B2B marketing and she previously worked across a range of different industries, including oil and textiles, before settling on the world of beauty. A proud Francophile, Judith spent two blissful years working in Paris for a previous job where she developed a respectful admiration for French women’s approach to beauty and their lifestyle in general, observations which have proved useful in her current role.

Currently Group Beauty Director at Treatwell, the global beauty booking marketplace where you can find her putting the beauty into this fast-growing beauty tech business, she continues to work across both commercial and editorial beauty brands.

Shannon is an award-winning Beauty Editor, whose career spans working at Stylist magazine, beauty website Byrdie and writing for outlets such as Grazia, The Pool and Net-A-Porter. Right now, she's the beauty editor at i-D.
Naturally, she's a skincare enthusiast, but she's especially interested in the cultural, social side of beauty and the motives behind the rituals and trends we follow, topics she is currently exploring through studying for a Master's degree in Visual Sociology, and can be found via the @paintedwomen Instagram feed.
About Marie Drago
Marie is a Doctor in Pharmacy and a member of the Societé Francaise de Cosmétologie with 15 years of experience growing brands in the beauty industry.
In April 2016 she launched Gallinée, the first beauty brand to focus on the skin microbiome. The products are based on her patented thesis, and are available in department stores and pharmacies. Originally launched in the UK, the brand is growing fast across selected international markets.
